About	Dr. Billy Lynn graduated as a Phi Beta Kappa from Davidson College in 1975. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed a six-year internship and residency at the Georgia Medical College in General Surgery. He became the American Board of Surgery board-certified in 1988. Since 1995, Dr. Lynn is accredited by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 1997. He is also a member of the Plastic Surgeons Society of America. Dr. Billy Lynn is honored at his practice near Augusta to represent plastic surgery patients in east-centric Georgia and South Carolina.
