| About | Channel Islands Maritime Museum aims to preserve and share the wonders of the maritime heritage, highlight the complex interrelationships with the ecology of the coastal waters, and showcase the creative expressions of everything related to the sea. It is a cultural and scenic haven in the Channel Islands Harbor with world-class maritime art, ship models, and ocean breezes. The museum greets about 25,000 visitants yearly from all over the US and from more than 30 countries. It features magnificent seascape paintings by 18th and 19th century English Romantics, 17th-century Dutch masters, French Impressionist painter. The Museum receives financial support from members, friends, charitable foundations, and businesses. You can get free admission on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Members can receive discounts at museum shops. |
