About | The Museum of Natural and Cultural History improves the understanding of the Earth's ecosystems and communities. It encourages the stewardship of their shared past, current, and future. The Museum is a center for interdisciplinary study and education, representing the State of Oregon, the University of Oregon, and the Native American Tribes. The Museum receives more than 30,000 visitors annually and supports another 20,000 Oregonians through its community outreach services. The Museum of Natural and Cultural History enhances knowledge of Earth's environments and cultures. They offer reduced party rates for groups of 12 or more. It also features science equipment for children and adults, works created by the state, native and national artists. The Museum of Natural and Cultural History offers free admission for members, children age two and under. |
