Cane Rosso's pizzaiolos are trained with the Master Pizzaiolos at the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), an organization that promotes and protects the actual craft of Neapolitan style pizza. The pizzeria has an expert team to prepare pizzas from hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes. Mozzarella cheese used for making pizzas are pulled fresh in-house daily.
