Joe Squared offers one of the unique coal-fired sourdough-crusted pizzas. It has a unique coal-fired sourdough-crusted pizza that has been marked as one of the best in America. Their sourdough crust is made with a 200-year-old starter, original Caputo flour, sea flavoring, water, and extra virgin olive oil. Joe Squared pizzas have a 900-degree anthracite burning oven.
