About	Dr. Elaine Chung earned her optometry degree from the State University of New York, College of Optometry. She is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), California Optometric Association (COA), and is the past President of the Santa Clara County Optometric Society (SCCOS). She is specially trained and certified to fit Paragon CRT lenses and is a member of the Orthokeratology Academy of America. She practiced in Primary Care and Low Vision Rehabilitation at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Palo Alto. Dr. Chung provides several pediatric care services to meet her patients’ needs, including children’s exams and ortho-k. She was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, an International Optometric Honor Society. She is practicing in River Oaks Family Optometry.
