| About | Dr. Stuart M. Rosenblum is an experienced pain medicine specialist in Portland. He received his specialty training in anesthesia and pain medicine from the University of Virginia. Dr. Stuart opened the first Portland-based Pain Clinic at Legacy Emanuel Hospital almost 20 years ago. He specializes in offering therapies such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, and therapeutic injections. Dr. Stuart focuses on developing an algorithm for the treatment of non-cancer pain, assessment tool for breakthrough pain and a new risk assessment screening tool.
