About	Dr. Adam J Farber is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in Tempe. He completed his medical education at the University of California. He specializes in sports medicine. Dr. Adam has special interests in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, elbow, and knee. He has expertise in minimally invasive surgery and the treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Adam currently serves as the head team physician for both Tempe High School and Maricopa High School.
