| About | Dr. Karen L. Cottingham is a DMD graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has practiced general dentistry for one year at the Veterans' Administration hospitals in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, AL. In 1996, Dr. Karen finished her master's degree in orthodontics at Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. She also received her master's degree in 1998 and resided as faculty until joining Clemons Orthodontics in 1999. Dr. Karen works closely with Dr. Larry Clemons and retired in 2003. She is an active member of several locals, regional, and national dental and orthodontic organizations. In addition, Dr. Karen exceeds the annual continuing education courses required by her profession. She has started her practice clinic, Cottingham Orthodontics, with two offices on the west side of Indianapolis, one near 38th Street/I-465 and one in Avon, Indiana. The clinic aims to deliver its patients with state-of-the-art smiles and the latest treatment techniques. |
