| About | Dr. Harry R. Van Loveren completed his MD and internship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He finished his residency in neurological surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital. He is professor and chair of the Dept. of Neurosurgery and Brain Repair and vice dean for Clinical Affairs for the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine, practicing as the physician clinical leader who directs, articulates and executes the vision, mission, and strategies of USF Health, MCOM and its faculty practice plan. Dr. Harry's clinical and research interests include pain, functional neurosurgery, trauma, vascular neurosurgery, and skull base surgery. He has also contributed over 115 academic papers in various publications. He is affiliated with Tampa General Hospital and James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital-Tampa. Dr. Harry has served in several professional and scientific societies, including the AMA, AAcNS, AANS, CNS, Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati & North American Skull Base Society. |
