About	Dr. Daniel A. Lazar graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1998, and he finished a residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He is a board-certified neurosurgeon and a UW assistant professor of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Daniel specializes in diagnosing and treating complex spinal disorders and performs minimally invasive spine surgery, gamma knife radiosurgery, and skull-base surgeries. He also evaluates and treats his patients as individuals, employing state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical techniques to provide the best outcome possible. He strives to give support to his patients and their families through the challenges of neurological diseases. He practices at the Spine Center at Meridian Pavilion.
