About	Dr. Mustafa K. Baskaya got his medical degree from Ankara University, and he completed a residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/Jackson Health System. He currently practices at UW Hospital & Clinics. He specializes in surgical procedures for cavernous angiomas, cerebral aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, and revascularization for stroke such as carotid endarterectomy, bypass surgery, complex brain tumors with deep locations. He speaks English and Turkish. Dr. Baskaya also provides microsurgery of spinal cord tumors and maintains a friendly relationship with his clients. Dr. Mustafa is also the director of the Lincoln Ramirez Neuroanatomy & Microsurgery Skills Laboratory and the Skull Base Surgery Program. He has published more than 230 scientific papers and over 50 book chapters. He is a co-author of two books, including Vestibular Schwannoma Surgery, A Video Guide, and Complex Surgeries of the Limbic System.
