| About | Dr. Joung H. Lee is a neurosurgeon in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Joung is the co-medical director of the Hollywood Presbyterian Neuroscience Inst. He graduated from the Univ of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. Then he finished his internship and residency at the Univ. of Virginia Medical Center. He pioneered numerous unique and innovative complex cranial surgical techniques, which are now utilized by neurosurgeons worldwide. He has worked as a founding director & professor at the Cleveland Clinic, where he established one of the world's largest skull base surgery programs. He has performed over 200 new meningioma surgeries annually and headed over 1200 cases. His comprehensive experience also comprises performing over 4000 complex cranial operations. He has been an honored guest speaker at many surgical societies and conferences worldwide, including Korea, Mexico, Japan, China & Brazil. He has issued two books and written over 100 scientific book chapters and articles. |
