About	Dr. Daniel Truong is a renowned neurologist who graduated from the Ludwig Albert University in Freiburg, Germany. He then completed a 3-year fellowship in Movement Disorders at Columbia University in New York. Dr. Daniel is the first neurologist in Southern California with formal fellowship training in Parkinson's disease and movement disorders. He has of interest in the areas of deep brain stimulation, pallidotomy, and thalamotomy. Dr. Daniel Truong has published more than 140 scientific publications and book chapters, including 3 in the prestigious medical textbook "Handbook of Clinical Neurology." Dr. Daniel Truong is currently engaged in research in Parkinson's disease, traumatic related dystonia, and spasticity, and has been involved in many dystonia research projects.
