| About | 'Wildwood Manor House' is a Toledo icon and the centerpiece of the beautiful estate grounds now known as Wildwood Preserve Metropark. It has over 30,000 total square feet. The historical house represents the Georgian architectural style of the 18th century and contains more than 50 rooms and 16 fireplaces. Guests can also take a lighted path from the manor building down to the pier and guide through the garden of the decorated shipman. The Georgian colonial architecture is open for free tours and hosts several cultural and historical activities, including famous monthly teas organized by volunteers at the manor. Manor House is a one-of-a-kind site used in part of today's Metroparks district headquarters. |
