About | 'Miami City Hall' is the municipal government's office for the City of Miami, Florida. It was designed by Delano & Aldrich and constructed in 1934. The city's government headquarters originated in Downtown Miami for 58 years until its relocation to Coconut Grove. It is housed in the former Pan American Airlines Terminal Building on Dinner Key, built for the old Pan American International Airport. The building was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1975. The City Hall was described as a living museum of Ken Tork Culture, the beauty of architecture, and historical significance. |
