| About | 'Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum' provides 100 years of military aviation history among some of the most iconic aircraft of two world wars and smaller conflicts. The museum was founded in 1977 and is one of the most significant Commemorative Air Force units in the world. You can learn how aircraft have been used throughout military history and hear the radial engines rumbling on their warbirds as they come to life. The museum offers antique aircraft trips as well as museum boat trips. It provides many activities to remember war heroes, commemorates achievements, and keep alive military aviation tradition. It also provides a summer warbird touring program and large warbird maintenance and restoration facility. It affords free admission for kids under 5, members, active military & disabled veterans. |
