| About | Alabama Sports Hall of Fame is committed to communicating the state’s athletic history in Birmingham. It has over 5,000 sports artifacts elegantly presented in the 33,000 square foot building enclosed by a three-story pillared atrium. Alabama Sports Hall of Fame's mission is to honor, preserve and perpetuate the names, deeds, records of those living and dead. Alabama Sports Hall of Fame has 99,000 students who have been encouraged by the accomplishments of some of the most successful athletes in the history of sports fields. This place also has an annual induction banquet each year, where it inducts between eight and six persons who have contributed to the athletic arena in some capacity. |
