David then finished with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He completed a two-year residency program at VCU/MCV School of Dentistry, where he specialized in Pediatric Dentistry. Following residency, David invited to join the West End practice of Dr. Jeffrey Blair. Dr. Merrell received the practice in 2014. David is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
