About	Dr. Noor Bilbeisi graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in her home state of Michigan in 2003. She then practiced for two years as a general dentist before going to New York University for a two-year specialty residency in pediatrics. Dr. B opened her practice, Pacific Bay Pediatric Dentistry in 2010. Dr. Bilbeisi as her patients call her, has experience in hospital dentistry, craniofacial defects, special needs children, cosmetic pediatric dentistry, and general pediatric dental treatment. Her brand new, state-of-the-art dental practice is the most beautiful and comforting office in the Bay Area! Utilizing a CO2 laser for dental treatment, most children will never need a shot! Lip Ties and Tongue ties are also done with the laser requiring no sutures and minimal to no bleeding. At PBPD mercury is never used, and cosmetic options are always available.
