This comfy Japanese option features sushi rolls & other familiar eats in a strip-mall setting. The ambience in the restaurant is serene and nature-friendly. They even have a traditional seating section. They share a large parking lot with the resturent. Their menu has a good variety of other Asian cuisines to dine at. The establishment takes Covid seriously, with the staff visibly wearing masks and a free-standing/non-contact forehead thermometer to check your temperature at the entrance. They also offer a takeout service. The Kobe Special consists of a list of rolls, and the meal comes with hot tea (of course)three separate sides of cabbage, seaweed, and radishes.
