Jason Jan shares everything he learned with the people of Clayton, Missouri. They offer a variety of fresh ingredients prepared on-site and meticulously simmered for hours to ensure the integrity of this centuries-old dish. Nami Ramen is a really cool space and has lots of seating, especially for groups. The people who work there are nice and helpful when answering questions.
