About	Sukiyaki Inn is the oldest restaurant in the Spokane area. They have been around for 70 years, serving strictly authentic Japanese appetizers, entrees, and sushi. The business has been in the family for a couple of decades. The private tanuki rooms are perfect for dinner with friends. The owner of the restaurant migrated from Japan and found herself eventually working for the previous owner. The Japanese woman who ran the restaurant then taught Emiko, the current owner, how to cook, run the restaurant, and be strong. Sukiyaki Inn restaurant delivers real Japanese food. Their highest quality is their courtesy and professionalism. They offer lovely privacy to the dining booths and even have a bar. Nikumaki includes chicken liver wrapped in beef cooked with ginger & garlic gravy sauce.
