About	Fuji Sushi Bar caters to all palates with authentic Japanese delicacies. It is a locally owned company that previously only sold to restaurants. Minoru and Zen Yoshida, father, and son, founded Fujiya Ramen out of a love of Japanese cuisine. Minoru has been making delicious ramen in Tokyo and the surrounding Japanese prefectures for over forty years. Ramen Fuji offers a variety of broths that are paired with the ingredients. Miso broth is used in vegetable and seafood ramen, while soy sauce is used in others. Their spicy ground pork ramen includes ground pork, fish cake, bean sprout, corn, green onion, soft boiled egg, nori, in soy sauce base with spicy chili oil and sesame tahini. In addition, they also offer Japanese beers which have a very distinct and unique flavor.
