It is located in downtown Salem & the inside is a bit rundown. It has a large space with quite a section of tables. Fuji Rice Time Japanese Restaurant is a good sushi place in downtown Salem. The staff is always kind, helpful, and attentive. The main chef is right there at the bar area prepared dishes right in front of you. There are always a few interesting specials on the wallboard as well. The teriyaki chicken bowl here is a great deal at lunchtime. Their salmon poke bowl comes with seaweed salad, iceberg lettuce, ginger, imitation crab, some carrots and a side of miso soup.
