About	Otaku Ramen is a hip, airy joint offering traditional ramen & Japanese snacks made with locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant has a central seating area and additional seating outside, and it is enclosed and heated/cooled. Sarah Gavigan is the chef and owner of the restaurant. She prepares bowls of ramen from fresh ingredients and uses traditional Japanese techniques. The customers can savor their special dishes hot chicken, bao buns, hot chicken bun, vegetable gyoza, Szechuan pork miso & cocktails. Otaku Ramen always serves quality food and a fantastic selection of sake at a good price. The menu is available via a QR code, and the payment method is done via an iPad at the table.
