Lee, the owner/manager, is very attentive to anything you ask for or desire with your meal. The staffs are so friendly and always greet you in a friendly manner. The cooks always have a great personality which adds to the experience. They have gluten-free soy sauce and will cook your whole hibachi meal gluten-free if you request it. Okada Japanese Steak & Sushi has a large selection of drinks and makes some killer margaritas for a sushi joint. The customers can savor their miso soup and the house salad.
