Their dishes are prepared from selected pork bones and the unique soy sauce imported from Japan. They serve kurume-style ramen with thick and rich pork-based broth and straight noodles, and the shoyu ramen has a nice flavorful broth, tender noodles, and deliciously fatty chashu pork.
