The main dining table is communal, which is excellent if you are dining alone and strike up a good conversation with the person next to you and good for groups. The waiters are genuinely nice and friendly with the customers. All sauces, pork chashu, and broth are made from scratch. In addition, Ramen noodles are made exclusively for them using their own recipe. They have a nice Japanese beer selection, including Echigo.
