About	Maru Ramen is a relaxed Japanese restaurant specializing in ramen noodle dishes served in a minimalist interior. It is located in a little Chinatown type of location with plenty of other places to eat. Maru Ramen also serves vegetarian ramen with (pork-based) tonkatsu broth for non-strict veggie folks. The ambiance of Maru is beautiful and unique. The ceiling is covered in trees with wood tables tying it all together. Takoyaki is a traditional Japanese street food that includes battered octopus cooked until crispy and served with mayonnaise. All ramen is served with Braised pork belly (chashu), seasoned soft boiled egg, blanched spinach, scallion, shallot, and mild shishito pepper.
