The restaurant was established in 2002 by Sunita Malhotra's father; since then, they have served the community of Columbus, Ohio, and New Delhi, India. Sunita has showcased Indian food from several regions of India like Punjab, Kerala, Hyderabad, and Calcutta. She recreates the charm of the traditional clay oven or Tandoor with its succulent Tandoor cooked chicken, shrimp, fish, and bread. Sunita has perfected the art of food, which is evident in her Star dishes; iconic Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer Masala, Malai Tikka, and Tandoori Chicken. Serving the Columbus community for the last 20 years, her goal is to make every one of her recipes last forever in memory.
