| About | Sprain Ridge Park is a large wooded park that provides hiking and mountain biking trails with picnic areas. It is named for being situated on a hill between the Sprain Brook Parkway's northbound and southbound lanes. It also provides grills for the family to get together BBQs and an excellent biking trail network of decently marked loop trails. The park is a perfect place for picnics with different racks for various purposes and has a swimming pool. The staff was constantly cleaning areas that were high traffic. |
