| About | Broad Meadow Brook Conservation Center & Wildlife Sanctuary is the largest urban wildlife sanctuary in Worcester, MA. It is 400 acres of forests, fields, marshes, and streams with 4 miles of hiking trails, overseen by the Mass Audubon Organization. It has an excellent way of hiking with beautiful scenery and a variety of well-maintained trails. You can see many species, including a red-headed woodpecker, northern flickers, and yellow-rumped warblers. The sanctuary also serves as a visitor information site for the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor. Broad Meadow Brook Conservation Center & Wildlife Sanctuary offers various educational programs for children and adults. |
