About	Iller Creek Conservation Area is a two-mile hike that takes nearly two hours to finish with Fido. Visitors can walk around the Spokane River's edge with a spectacular view of the Spokane River and the Palouse. It has more than 1,159 acres of picturesque, high-quality natural environment available at this unit for passive leisure activities, such as bird watching. It is 966 acres of trails and habitat on the eastern flanks of the towering mountain, including monoliths of granite famous with mountaineers and different seasons creeks. Iller Creek maintains a magnificent five-mile loop consisting of lush shaded forest and a ridgeline ramble with exceptional vistas. While walking on the trails, you can discover a lot of history. The trail goes along the ridge down to the Dishman mica side of the trail. It offers many other trails leading to some beautiful views of Spokane.
