About	Minto-Brown Island Park is one of the largest parks located in Salem, Oregon. It covers more than 1,200 acres of lush, naturally open, and wooded areas. There are 19 miles of hard and soft trails that run through natural forests and green meadows throughout the park. Minto-Brown Island Park also has a 30-acre off-leash dog area with many rooms for your dog to roam and play. This park also acts as a waterfowl and animal sanctuary, with viewing platforms along the sloughs to explore. There is a great deal of plant life here to look at and study.
