This 1,414-acre preserve is home to 540 native species and is one of the country's most biologically diverse sites. Greene Valley Forest's 1.4-mile thunderbird offers a tree-covered trail. The main loop goes in and out of the forest and open grass. Greene Valley Forest is a great forest preserve for a relaxing walk on a beautiful spring day.
