About	Hueco Tanks State Historic Site is a well-renowned hiking trail in El Paso. The park covers more than 860 acres, and the park is named for the large rock basins that have supplied water for many centuries to this desert-like area. Park provides ancient rock imagery guided and self-led tours, plus picnic sites and twenty campsites. The park shop sells gifts and other products at its headquarters. For a self-guided tour, only 70 guests are allowed in the North Mountain area every day. The historic site also boasts camping, biking, and some of the state's best bouldering and rock climbing. You can watch incredible ancient traces, climb the ricks with the kids in this place and get lots of knowledge about nature and 10,000 years of human history. Visitors must watch their video before the camp or visit the self-guided area.
