About	StudioTorch offers the highest quality of group fitness classes with personalized instruction from their certified trainers. It has over 3,000 square feet of clean, organized studio space with state-of-the-art equipment. Their certified instructors are with you the entire class ensuring that you reach your max. They combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with innovative athletic movements, strength training, and metabolic conditioning. StudioTorch utilizes various formats, such as Tabata style, circuits, AMRAP, and time capped intervals. The gym has bathrooms, cubbies with built-in USB charging stations, and free towels for their guests to plan for their day or polish up following each of their classes. Each class is sixty minutes long, with a max of thirty people per class in their new, clean, and organized studio. StudioTorch also offers plenty of parking for all guests on the South & West side of its building.
