| About | Bob O'Connor Golf Course was started in 1897. Its main features are 18 holes, par 72, length of 4620 yards at the slope 104. The course is accessible throughout the year, and it is weather permitting. The Bob O'Connor Golf Course at Schenley Park was called in honor of the former mayor who accommodated spearhead the production of the First Tee of Pittsburgh. Mark Ormison designed the golf course. As the home of the First Tee of Pittsburgh since 2001, all equipment revenue benefits the chapter's mission of building "Good Golfers, Better People." Pittsburgh area residents have used a fun, challenging golf experience at "The Bob" for over a century. Individual and group lessons, tools, pull-cart rentals, and a fully stocked pro store are available. |
