About	Tamale Co. Mexican Street Food Hourglass is a popular food truck that serves Mexican Street food at an affordable cost in a comfortable environment. The food truck provides the people of Central Florida with an authentic and traditional assemblage of different tastes of Mexican eats. They offer artisan food prepared from Mexican masa, stuffed with anything from meats to fruits and vegetables, and wrapped in cornhusks. Tamale Co uses a very traditional way to create a unique assemblage of different flavors.
