Dr. Popowski completed extensive training in refractive surgery, ocular disease management, and earned his Therapeutic & Diagnostic Licensure. He served in the US Army as an optometrist for three years, including a one-year deployment to Iraq. The doctor is an early adopter of the latest technological advances in vision care.
