About	Dr. David S. Oliver is one of the best board-certified otolaryngologists in this region. He obtained his medical degree from the MUSC College of Medicine in 1988 and performed the Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program at MCV in 1994. Dr. David has extensive experience in treating sinus disease with in-office balloon sinuplasty. He is the only one who has done the endoscopic salivary gland surgeries in Savannah, salvaging the salivary gland function and preventing surgical excision of the glands. Dr. David S.
