About	Dr. David M. Poetker is a board-certified otolaryngologist who graduated from the University of Iowa Roy J & Lucille A Carver College of Medicine. He has received specialty training to identify tumors of the paranasal sinuses. Dr. David specializes in treating all defects of the paranasal sinuses, including chronic and acute sinusitis. He is also an expert in providing long-term management of sinus disease. He works with his patients in a friendly way to find the medical and surgical management that fits the individual. Dr. David’s research interests include examining the differences in mucus production in patients with sinus disease.
