About	Dr. Dan Chapel earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine in 1984. He performed his residency at the University of Missouri Health System. He currently serves at Arizona Otolaryngology Consultants PC, Central Division, and is affiliated with Phoenix Children's Hospital and St Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center.
