About	Joshua M. David is an attorney and partner of David Kamp & Frank LLC. He was an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia, where he obtained his U.G. with distinction in 1994. Josh also attended law school at the University of Virginia, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1997. As a litigator, Josh has managed an umpteen caseload of commercial, employment, and other matters. He has prosecuted, and supported employment cases brought according to various federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
