About	Neil E. Klingshirn is Board Certified Employment Law Expert. Neil obtained his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1986. He started his legal practice in 1986 at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Cleveland. Neil practiced employment law with his firm from 1993 until 2016, when he entered Elfvin, Klingshirn, Royer & Torch, LLC. He is an intense, intelligent, and enthusiastic advocate representing individuals and businesses in employment and business disputes for over three decades. He was an Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and a Founding Trustee of the Student Funded Fellowship. Neil was selected Executive Director of the U.G.
