About	Barker Haus Kennels is a full-service canine boarding and training center built by Mr. & Mrs. Stephen A Barker in 1935. Barkerhaus is the oldest operational kennel in El Paso. They aim to build a better Shepherd, and their practice is to love and care for your dogs while you are away from home. They Board, groom, and train all breeds. The training center has a 2-acre kennel with 60 runs, a large exercise yard, and an extensive training field. The classes teach basic obedience, pack dominance, and cover any problems you may encounter. They offer private lessons to those who have older dogs and are looking for more advanced training. They provide PTSD or Emotional Support Dogs, Wheel Chair, Hearing, Sight, and Retrieval assistance. They breed German Shepherds for family, protection, search and rescue, Schutzhund, Police, and Detection.
