He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2003. He first trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Foo completed a full residency in Dermatology at Utah University, where he was Chief Professor. He is a board accredited by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Dermatology Academy. In 2013, Dr. Foo joined PeaceHealth Medical Association. Dr. Foo is qualified to treat both specific and complex skin disorders, including acne, psoriasis, and rosacea.
