| About | Dancing Grounds is a multigenerational arts space that brings inclusive & accessible dance programs to New Orleans residents of all ages. The dance school has been serving ten years in this industry. Laura Stein and Jessi Donley are the founders of the dance school. Dancing Grounds strive to create a welcoming, safe atmosphere for adults of all ages and ability levels to dance, exercise, and express themselves. The dance school work is guided by core values of equity, racial justice, relationships, integrity, learning, abundance, collaboration, and joy. They create safe and inclusive spaces in which the lived experiences of youth are genuinely valued; their unique creative talents are developed, recognized & celebrated. Dancing Grounds conducts the most comprehensive adult dance program in the city. Dancing Grounds offers 12-month members discounts on visiting artist master classes & special workshops. |
