It's quite difficult to resist the call of the custom-made wheat noodles from Shandong, mainly when they make them where you can see them in their open kitchen. The owner Charles Hung is wonderfully consistent in serving the mandarin menu. Their main popular dish is the incredibly thick and tasty sesame paste noodles.
